Oil And Soft Pastels

There are two forms of pastel - soft and oil. Pastels are a medium that you can love AND hate. Some artists love the flexibility of soft pastels but hate the mess they create. Other artists love the vibrancy of oil pastels but hate that they don't blend as easily as the soft pastels. The bottom line is, amazingly beautiful artwork can be created with both!
